CoreCard is seeking a Director for U.S. Channels & Partnerships in Atlanta to build a focused ecosystem of banks, fintechs, consultants and systems integrators. You will drive market access and work with sales to convert introductions into qualified revenue.

The role emphasizes strategic partnerships over classic program management, with significant travel and senior stakeholder engagement to influence enterprise buying decisions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in payments or fintech or enterprise software.
• Proven track record building channels, alliances or partnerships in the US financial services market.
• Ability to convert trusted relationships into opportunities and revenue.
• Established credibility with banking, credit-union, fintech or payments executives.
• Experience structuring referral, co-selling or strategic-alliance agreements.
• Strong understanding of complex enterprise technology buying decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute CoreCard’s U.S. channel and strategic-partnership strategy.
• Build approximately 10–15 productive partnerships to create market access.
• Secure introductions to executives in credit, payments, technology and transformation.
• Create referral, co-selling and strategic-advisory arrangements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product and Solution Consulting to convert introductions into opportunities.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and incentives; measure success by pipeline and revenue.
