Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in Accounting/Finance/Business preferred.
• CPP/PCP or comparable credential preferred.
• 5+ years payroll experience, multi-state US; Canadian payroll experience preferred.
• Experience using ADP WorkforceNow required.
• Knowledge of US/Canada payroll regulations and controls.

Responsibilities

• Process regular and off-cycle payrolls for US and Canada accurately and on time.
• Research, analyze, and resolve payroll discrepancies; escalate as needed.
• Load and validate HR files for benefits, bonuses, changes, etc.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure data accuracy and authorization.
• Respond to payroll inquiries with clear, professional communication.
• Coordinate payments for contractors via external payroll providers.
