Job summary

Bridger Photonics, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across the United States. The role focuses on adopting Bridger’s methane-detection technologies, engaging new oil & gas clients, and expanding relationships with existing customers.

You’ll collaborate with R&D and marketing to align product value with client goals. The role requires leadership in complex sales cycles, travel as needed, and strong cross-functional teamwork to deliver strategic outcomes across

Qualifications

3+ years of technical, sales, or product management experience.
Ability to design and lead business development programs.
Experience engaging with multiple levels in client organizations.
Willingness to travel as required.
Strong problem-solving and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Develop growth strategy for regional market.
Drive growth in new oil & gas clients via strategic sales objectives, lead generation, technical support and marketing collaboration.
Nurture growth within existing accounts with Bridger's value alignment.
Navigate regulatory environment for product deployment.
Represent Bridger Photonics technically and commercially to clients.
Attend and represent Bridger at trade shows, conferences and exhibits.
Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales.
Coordinate response to product-related matters and ensure company support.
