Job summary

Bridger Photonics, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Business Development Director to lead growth initiatives in the Middle East.

You will report to the CEO and collaborate with Operations and Accounts to shape strategies, partnerships, and bids, grounded in data-driven analysis and industry knowledge. You will oversee marketing, sales, regulations, and certifications, building credible client relationships and steering proposals from inception to close in a fast-paced, technology-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience with independent initiative execution and problem solving.
• Outstanding ability to independently gather, analyze, and synthesize data (e.g. statistical) to inform decisions making.
• Outstanding and compelling proposal-writing and oral presentation skills.
• Outstanding research and data synthesis skills.
• Willingness to travel when necessary.
• Ability to work cohesively with a team of scientists, engineers, executives, and business support staff.

Responsibilities

• Guide company decision making and growth in marketing, sales, regulations, certifications, and business improvement.
• Coordinate, assemble, and analyze sales and marketing data to assess performance and projections.
• Review, write, and oversee effective proposals and bids for new business.
• Deliver presentations and field questions about Gas Mapping LiDAR technology and related topics.
• Keep up to date on industry activity, regulatory policy/initiatives and certifications to inform strategy.
• Oversee and improve the bid process including cost estimation and pricing for clients.
• Coordinate with teams to optimize business development efforts.
