Job summary

Bridger Photonics, Inc. in the United States seeks a Business Development Director to drive growth of its Gas Mapping LiDAR technology.

The role reports to the Director of Offshore International Business Development and works with Operations and Accounts to coordinate market-facing activities, from proposals to client engagements. You will lead market research, sales strategy, and bids, while ensuring credible content and pricing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience with independent initiative execution and problem solving.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize data to inform decisions.
• Excellent proposal-writing and oral presentation skills.
• Strong research and data synthesis abilities.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Ability to work cohesively with cross-functional teams of scientists, engineers, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development activities including new opportunities, marketing, sales, regulations, and certifications.
• Coordinate and guide presentations, client relationships, and bids/proposals.
• Analyze sales and marketing data to assess performance and projections.
• Develop content for public release to promote credibility in the oil and gas industry.
• Oversee the bid process including cost estimation and pricing.
• Collaborate with teams to optimize development efforts.
