Qualifications

• Proven track record in business development within corporate or professional services.
• Experience originating and converting new business, not just managing existing clients.
• Established network across corporate clients and/or professional intermediaries.
• Experience with international or cross-border clients.
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to develop senior-level relationships.
• Ability to operate independently and own a market.

Responsibilities

• Originate and develop new client opportunities across the US market.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, law firms, accounting firms and other professional intermediaries.
• Develop opportunities with businesses requiring international corporate and professional services.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Identify opportunities within your existing network while continuing to develop new relationships in the market.
• Represent the firm at relevant conferences, industry events and within key professional networks.
• Work closely with colleagues internationally to develop and convert cross-border opportunities.
• Take ownership of commercial activity and revenue generation within the market.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients and referral partners.
