Job summary

CM.com, a leading AI-powered customer engagement platform, is seeking an AI Sales Solutions Engineer to lead technical engagements in the US. You will translate our AI portfolio into business value for colleagues, partners, and customers.

You will run technical discovery, demos, and enablement sessions, coach teams, and influence product strategy by surfacing field insights. This is a high-visibility role blending sales engineering and applied AI.

Qualifications

5+ years in a technical sales engineering, solutions engineering, or pre-sales role, ideally supporting AI, SaaS, or customer engagement platforms.
Hands-on fluency with AI/LLM-based products and the ability to explain their business value to both technical and non-technical audiences.
A track record of running effective demos, technical discovery, and enablement sessions for sales teams, partners, and customers alike.
Fluent in English; based on the Eastern Seaboard of the United States, with the flexibility to travel approximately 10% of the time.
Genuinely curious about AI: actively experimenting with the newest models/products to supercharge yourself at work.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary technical SME for the US region, partnering with Sales, Customer Success, and Partners to scope, demo, and position the CM.com portfolio — including our AI Agents — against customer needs.
Lead technical discovery and solution design for prospects and customers, translating business requirements into concrete, credible CM.com implementations.
Coach and enable colleagues and partners on the business value of CM.com’s AI capabilities through training sessions, playbooks, and hands-on support that build their technical fluency and confidence.
Represent the voice of the field back to Product and Engineering, surfacing patterns from customer and partner conversations that sharpen our roadmap and go-to-market positioning.
