Job summary

VESSL AI in San Francisco is seeking its first dedicated US sales hire to convert inbound leads and build a repeatable outbound motion. You will own the full sales funnel from discovery to close, selling GPU compute to AI startups, research labs, and enterprise teams with immediate workloads.

You’ll work with the US GTM Lead, design campaigns, manage CRM, and leverage AI tools to accelerate outreach. On-site in San Francisco with a demanding pace and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in B2B sales, ideally infra/cloud or developer tools.
• Proven full-cycle sales from initial contact to signed contract.
• Experience with outbound and multi-channel outreach.
• Ability to discuss AI/ML compute with technical buyers.

Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads and convert them into opportunities.
• Run outbound campaigns and build proposals.
• Navigate procurement and close deals.
• Own CRM pipeline stages, forecasting, and reporting.
• Collaborate with US GTM Lead and Growth Marketer.
