Job summary

Parallel Works builds ACTIVATE, a control plane for high performance computing and AI, enabling customers to run large workloads across on-premises clusters, Government and cloud providers. The AI Compute Sales Lead will grow the managed GPU business by creating pipelines and steering multi-stakeholder deals with providers and hyperscalers.

Reporting to the sales leadership, you will lead outbound market efforts, conduct technical discovery, and craft hybrid arrangements that optimize GPU

Qualifications

• 5+ years selling infrastructure, cloud, GPU capacity, or AI platform software.
• Experience achieving quota and generating pipelines independently.
• Experience with partner led or co-selling motions.

Responsibilities

• Generate pipeline from standing start via outbound, research networks, conferences, and partner channels.
• Sell with providers in co-selling motions for the managed GPU platform.
• Perform technical discovery: cluster size, GPU generation, interconnect, storage, framework and job pattern, Slurm or Kubernetes.
• Structure hybrid deals combining on-prem GPU cluster with NeoCloud capacity and hyperscaler burst.
• Model GPU economics: owned vs rented capacity, reserved vs on-demand, price per GPU hour, utilization, and chargeback.
• Manage multi-stakeholder deal cycles across research leadership, central IT, security, procurement, and finance.
