Job summary

Your Jared is seeking a confident Customer Success & Product Demo Specialist to onboard new U.S. clients, conduct live product demonstrations, and manage post-sales relationships.

The ideal candidate explains workflows clearly, communicates in fluent English, and coordinates with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for accounting clients. You will track feedback, prepare reports, and help optimize customer experience across onboarding, adoption, and renewal cycles.

• Ability to manage ongoing customer relationships and drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Conduct live product demonstrations for prospective clients
• Explain workflows, processes, and service offerings clearly
• Assist in onboarding new clients
• Coordinate between clients and internal operations teams
• Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups
• Support sales and business development teams during client discussions
• Track customer feedback and improve customer experience
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
• Prepare reports, updates, and follow-up documentation
• Excellent spoken and written English communication
• Strong presentation and demo-handling skills
• Comfortable handling U.S.-based clients over calls and video meetings
• Experience in Customer Success, Client Servicing, Demo Calling, or Account Management preferred
• Confident personality with strong interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in U.S. shift timings
• CRM or client management tool experience preferred
• Ability to explain processes in a simple and professional manner
• Accounting/bookkeeping industry experience is a plus
