Job summary

your Jared is hiring a Business Development Executive to support our U.S. bookkeeping operations. The role includes outbound calling, lead qualification, and appointment scheduling for U.S. clients.

The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication, basic accounting knowledge, and the ability to build trust with business owners while coordinating with the U.S. leadership team.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken & written English (neutral accent preferred).
• 1–3 years of inside sales/tele-sales/lead generation experience (BPO/finance preferred).
• Basic accounting/bookkeeping knowledge (QuickBooks/Xero familiarity is an advantage).
• Strong communication & persuasion skills.
• Target-driven and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to U.S. businesses promoting bookkeeping & accounting services.
• Qualify leads and understand client needs.
• Schedule appointments/demonstrations for U.S. leadership team.
• Maintain CRM, call logs & lead databases.
• Support email & LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
• Coordinate with U.S. team for onboarding & follow-ups.
