Job summary

Becton, Dickinson, and Company (BD) is seeking a Territory Manager to support UCC HomeCare products, partnering with physicians, case managers and clinicians across outpatient urology clinics and rehab centers.

You will drive demand for the LINK program, run product demonstrations, build strategic accounts, and plan calls to exceed revenue targets while collaborating with care teams to support patients transitioning from hospital to home.

Qualifications

• Degree level qualification or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
• On-site role with in-office presence up to 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales revenue to exceed established targets.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships in key accounts.
• Perform product demonstrations and customer education.
• Create monthly, quarterly and annual plans to meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with care teams to support patient care transitions from hospital to home.
• Plan and execute sales calls, reporting results to Regional Manager.
