Qualifications

• Schedule hospital and ambulatory admissions and procedures promptly.

• Request medical records and prep charts for physicians.
• Monitor supply inventory and direct requisitions.
• Maintain patient information confidentiality per policy.
• Carry out data entry accurately and efficiently.
• Knowledge of medical office terminology preferred.
• Heartsaver within 30 days of hire.
• Experience with EHR and practice management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients/families and schedule appointments.
