The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, experience with Windows and Epic/EpicCare, and the ability to work in a busy environment while delivering clear patient information and education.

Qualifikationen

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years healthcare office experience.
• Prior surgical scheduling experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Windows, Epic and EpicCare, and MS Office.

• Schedules pre- and postoperative surgical procedures.
• Coordinates OR and surgeon schedules.
• Obtains demographic and insurance information and communicates details to patients.
• Communicates effectively with colleagues, patients and families.
• Educates patients and families for a clear understanding of the care provided.
