Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group is seeking a Surgical Scheduler to join the Urology team in Middlebury. The Scheduler coordinates pre- and post-operative procedures, manages the OR and surgeon schedules, and gathers patient demographics and insurance information.

This full-time, day-shift role requires healthcare office experience, proficiency with Epic systems, and strong communication skills to educate patients and collaborate with staff and providers.

Qualificações

• 2+ years healthcare office experience.
• Prior surgical scheduling experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Windows and Epic/Epic Care; good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates pre- and postoperative procedures.
• Represents the scheduler in coordinating OR and surgeon schedules.
• Gathers demographic and insurance information and provides details to patients.
• Communicates effectively with colleagues, patients and families.
