Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Urology Specialty Representative in Des Moines, IA to promote approved products to urology accounts. You will engage physicians and staff, support patient identification, and drive product adoption within the approved indication through an integrated territory plan.

Responsibilities include delivering scientific presentations, addressing barriers to adoption, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize access and sales. Travel up to 50% is required.

Competenze

• BA/BS degree required.
• 4+ years of sales experience in pharma/biotech.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% including overnight travel.

Mansioni

• Achieve and exceed sales targets in the assigned territory by executing a business plan.
• Translate formulary wins and market access into prescribing.
• Educate customers on eligibility, treatment selection, and clinical rationale.
