Job summary

Syneos Health in Des Moines, IA seeks an Urology Specialty Representative to drive product adoption across targeted urology accounts and exceed sales targets through integrated territory planning.

You will engage Urologists, APPs, and staff, deliver clinical presentations, educate on patient eligibility and treatment options, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove barriers to adoption while managing the territory budget.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
• 4+ years of demonstrated sales success in pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
• 2+ years of large practice group account management experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including overnight travel.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets within the territory by executing a data-driven business plan.
• Translate formulary wins and market access into prescribing within accounts.
• Educate customers on patient eligibility, treatment selection, and clinical rationale.
• Identify and address barriers to product adoption across accounts.
• Plan activities to optimize call coverage and frequency with key customers.
• Develop in-depth account knowledge; monitor local market trends.
• Analyze utilization trends and customer insights to identify opportunities.
• Conduct educational programs, in-services, and compliant scientific discussions.
• Collaborate with peers to share best practices and strategy.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and territory performance; develop plans with leadership.
• Manage the territory budget to support sales and marketing activities.
