Syneos Health is seeking a Urology Specialty Representative to drive product adoption across targeted urology accounts in the United States. You will engage Urologists, APPs, and staff to support patient identification, treatment selection, and appropriate product utilization within the approved indications.

You will develop and execute an integrated territory plan, exceed sales targets, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to optimize access and outcomes. Travel up to 50% is required.

Formación

• Bachelors degree required.
• 4+ years of pharmaceutical/medical/biotech sales experience.
• 2+ years of large practice group account management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory by developing and executing an integrated business plan.
• Translate formulary wins and access achievements into prescribing and utilization within targeted accounts.
• Educate customers on patient eligibility, treatment selection, and clinical rationale supporting the value proposition.
• Identify and address barriers impacting product adoption across accounts.
• Plan activities to optimize call coverage and frequency with key customers.
