Syneos Health is seeking a Urology Specialty Representative to promote approved products across targeted urology accounts in Des Moines, IA. You will engage Urologists, APPs, practice admins, and staff to support patient identification, treatment choices, and workflow optimization within the approved indication.

You will meet or exceed sales targets by developing and executing a territory business plan, translating wins into consistent prescribing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams

Competenze

• 4+ years of demonstrated sales experience in pharmaceutical/medical/biotech industries.
• Excellent presentation and selling skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% (including overnight travel).

Mansioni

• Achieve and exceed sales targets in the assigned territory by executing an integrated business plan.
• Translate formulary wins and market access achievements into prescribing and utilization.
• Educate customers on patient eligibility, treatment selection, and clinical rationale for hospital-avoidance value proposition.
• Identify and address clinical, operational, behavioral, and process barriers to product adoption.
• Plan activities to achieve call metrics and maximize access and sales opportunities.
• Develop in-depth product knowledge and monitor local market trends.
• Conduct educational programs, in-services, and compliant scientific discussions.
