Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Urology Specialty Representative to drive product adoption across targeted urology accounts, engaging physicians, APPs and staff to support patient identification, treatment selection and appropriate product utilization.

You will develop and execute an integrated territory business plan, exceed sales targets, educate on eligibility and clinical rationale, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while staying compliant. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
• 4+ years of demonstrated experience and proven sales success in pharmaceutical/medical/biotech industry.
• 2+ years demonstrated large practice group account management experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including overnight travel.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated business plan to maximize sales and growth opportunities.
• Translate formulary wins and market access achievements into prescribing and utilization within targeted accounts.
• Educate customers on patient eligibility, treatment selection, and the clinical rationale supporting value proposition.
• Identify and address barriers impacting product adoption.
• Plan and organize activities to achieve call metrics and optimize coverage to key customers.
