Job summary

Boston Scientific’s Urology R&D Engineering Co-op in Maple Grove, MN or Marlborough, MA offers hands-on experience in developing medical technologies for next-generation products. You will work with experienced engineers on end-to-end development, testing, and documentation while contributing to regulatory readiness and commercial launch plans.

As a co-op, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Process Development, Quality, Regulatory, and Marketing.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or graduate degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, or Electrical engineering with an expected graduation date in fall/winter 2027 or spring 2030.
• Available for the full duration of the co-op program from May 17th or May 24th – December 17th, 2027.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Have reliable transportation to both Marlborough, MA and Maple Grove, MN locations.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to new product development activities for regulatory approval and launch.
• Support development and analysis of products, materials, processes and equipment under senior engineers.
• Analyze problems, evaluate data, and communicate engineering recommendations.
• Prepare technical reports and communicate results.
