Boston Scientific is seeking a Urology R&D Engineering Co-op in a hybrid role requiring in-office presence in Maple Grove, MN or Marlborough, MA several days per week. You will work alongside experienced engineers to develop next‑generation urology products and processes, gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving medical device environment.

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or graduate degree with expected graduation fall/winter 2027 or spring 2030.
• Co-op duration: May 17 or May 24 – December 17, 2027.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Reliable transportation to Marlborough, MA or Maple Grove, MN locations.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to new product development to mature medical technologies.
• Support development and analysis of products, materials, processes and equipment.
• Analyze problems, evaluate data and inform engineering decisions.
• Prepare technical reports and communicate test results and findings.
• Assist in troubleshooting design, materials and manufacturing challenges.
• Translate customer needs into product requirements and design specs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet project objectives.
• Ensure adherence to Boston Scientific quality policies and processes.
