Boston Scientific is offering a Process Development Co-op in Maple Grove, MN, with a hybrid work model requiring four days in the local office. You will collaborate with R&D and Operations to develop manufacturing processes for next-generation medical devices and gain hands-on experience through prototyping and process validation.

The role targets students graduating 2028–2030 in Biomedical, Chemical, or Materials Engineering, with relocation and housing assistance possible for eligible

Qualificações

• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and methods.
• Previous internship or co-op experience preferred.
• Desire to work in a medical device company with manufactured products.

Responsabilidades

• Owns integrity and content of Process Plans for materials and task sequencing.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to refine manufacturing processes.
• Designs, fabricates and tests prototype devices addressing clinical feedback.
• Performs process characterization and validation to determine optimal settings.
• Investigates new technology to advance medical device development.
