Job summary

Boston Scientific, Marlborough, MA, is seeking a Urology R&D Engineering Co-op to gain hands-on experience developing medical technologies. Working with our R&D team, you will contribute to next-generation urology products and collaborate across engineering disciplines in a hybrid setup.

The role offers mentorship, access to simulation tools like SolidWorks, and opportunities to advance products toward regulatory approval and commercial launch, while you develop engineering and problem-solving

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or graduate degree in Mechanical, Biomedical or Electrical engineering with an expected graduation date in fall/winter 2027 or spring 2030.
• Available for full duration of co-op Jan 11–Aug 6 or Aug 13, 2027.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to new product development activities advancing medical technologies toward regulatory approval and launch.
• Support development and analysis of products, materials, processes and equipment under experienced engineers.
• Analyze technical problems, evaluate data and communicate engineering recommendations.
