Job summary

U.S. Urology Partners seeks an experienced Practice Office Manager to support administrative operations across clinics and to help ensure excellent patient care and efficient flow from the reception to the clinical areas.

You will lead workflow planning, supervise clerical staff, and partner with physicians, the COO and Human Resources to implement actions that maximize office effectiveness and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years of related supervisory experience.
• Strong reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of information systems.

Responsibilities

• Support U.S. Urology Partners by providing administrative operations to the clinic(s).
• Coordinate patient flow from reception through clinical areas.
• Plan and prioritize workflow to maximize efficiency and quality of medical office operations.
• Collaborate with physicians, COO and HR to maximize office effectiveness.
• Staff scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA forms as required.
