Qualifications

• Manages staffing and performance measurement tools to meet operational and market needs.
• Oversees day-to-day operational activities and patient safety programs.
• Assists with recruitment and staffing for non-physician staff; maintains appropriate staffing levels.
• Leads and participates in performance improvement initiatives and safety education.
