Qualifications

• At least three (3) years of LPN work experience is required.
• Previous experience supervising a team in a clinical setting is preferred.
• Experience in a formal supervisory role and guiding staff toward meeting operational goals.
• Experience with training and mentoring teams; conflict-resolution skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises support staff of the clinics. Supervises all clinical and clerical staff.
• Directly supervises all team leaders and coordinates staffing plans and ensures adequate staff.
• Coordinates training and orientation programs for all staff.
• Coordinates purchasing activity, monitors inventory, and supervises ordering of items.
• Manages local budget and develops/maintains policies and procedures; ensures regulatory compliance.
