Key People in Rutland, Vermont, seeks a full‑time Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) with urology experience to join a hospital‑owned urology practice. Independent patient panel with strong physician collaboration and excellent work‑life balance.

Position includes competitive salary, sign‑on bonus, relocation, and loan assistance, along with comprehensive benefits. Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm in Rutland.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of NP or PA experience in urology required.
• Vermont licensure (or ability to obtain)
• Unit‑specific certifications as required (ACLS, TNCC, PALS, ENPC as applicable)
• Completion of patient/visitor de‑escalation and restraint certification per department guidelines
• Strong clinical assessment and decision‑making skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team‑based model

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive outpatient urology care
• Conduct detailed histories and physical examinations
• Evaluate and manage acute and chronic urologic conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies (labs, imaging, etc.)
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
• Provide patient education and counseling
• Participate in first‑call coverage as appropriate
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

Educación

Master’s degree in Nursing

AMA‑approved Physician Assistant program
