Job summary

Soap Creek Resources is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) with urology experience to join a hospital-owned urology practice in Rutland, Vermont. The role features an independent patient panel and strong physician collaboration within a community hospital setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years NP/PA experience in urology.
• Must have Vermont licensure or ability to obtain.
• ACLS, TNCC, PALS, ENPC as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient urology care.
• Conduct detailed histories and physical examinations.
• Evaluate and manage acute and chronic urologic conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies (labs, imaging, etc.).
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
• Provide patient education and counseling.
• Participate in first-call coverage as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
