Job summary

Connectly Recruiting seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) with urology experience to join a hospital-owned urology practice in Rutland, Vermont. You will manage an independent patient panel with strong physician collaboration and a balanced schedule.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and loan support, with a Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm workday in a community hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum NP/PA experience in urology
• Vermont licensure or ability to obtain
• ACLS/TNCC/PALS/ENPC certifications as applicable

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient urology care
• Conduct detailed histories and physical examinations
• Evaluate and manage acute and chronic urologic conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies (labs, imaging, etc.)
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
• Provide patient education and counseling
• Participate in first-call coverage as appropriate
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
