Job summary

H. T. PROF Group in Rutland, VT seeks a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) with urology experience. The role supports independent patient panels, strong physician collaboration, and a balanced work-life model.

The position offers a competitive salary plus sign-on bonus, relocation, and loan assistance, with typical hospital-affiliated benefits. Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00am to 4:30pm.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of NP or PA experience in urology
• Vermont licensure (or ability to obtain)
• Unit-specific certifications (ACLS, TNCC, PALS, ENPC)
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team-based model

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient urology care
• Conduct detailed histories and physical examinations
• Evaluate and manage acute and chronic urologic conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies (labs, imaging, etc.)
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
• Provide patient education and counseling
• Participate in first-call coverage as appropriate
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
