Job summary

Talent With Heart seeks a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) with urology experience to join a hospital-owned urology practice in Rutland, VT. The role offers an independent patient panel, strong physician collaboration, and excellent work-life balance.

The position requires 2+ years in urology, VT licensure (or eligibility), and board certifications. Competitive salary with sign-on, relocation, and loan assistance included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of NP or PA experience in urology.
• Vermont licensure or ability to obtain.
• Unit-specific certifications (ACLS, TNCC, PALS, ENPC as applicable).
• Completion of patient/visitor de-escalation and restraint certification per department guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient urology care.
• Conduct detailed histories and physical examinations.
• Evaluate and manage acute and chronic urologic conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies (labs, imaging, etc.).
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
• Provide patient education and counseling.
• Participate in first-call coverage as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
