Job summary

Eden Capital Careers is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) with urology experience to join a hospital-owned urology practice in Rutland, Vermont. The role offers independent patient panels, strong physician collaboration, and a focus on work‑life balance.

Minimum 2 years of NP or PA experience in urology is required, with Vermont licensure or the ability to obtain it. Competitive compensation, sign-on bonus, relocation, and loan assistance are available.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required for NP track or PA program completed for PA track.
• Active Vermont licensure or ability to obtain licensure.
• Clinical experience in urology or surgical specialty preferred.
• ACLS, TNCC, PALS or ENPC as applicable per department guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient urology care.
• Conduct detailed histories and physical examinations.
• Evaluate and manage acute and chronic urologic conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies (labs, imaging, etc.).
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
• Provide patient education and counseling.
• Participate in first-call coverage as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
