Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) with urology experience to join a hospital-owned urology practice in Rutland, Vermont.

The role offers an independent patient panel, strong physician collaboration, and an excellent work-life balance. Responsibilities include outpatient urology care, history and physicals, coordinating diagnostics, treatment planning with supervising physicians, patient education, and participation in call

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing.
• National ANCC certification or equivalent.
• Vermont State Board of Nursing licensure.
• AMA-approved PA program graduate.
• NCCPA certification.
• Vermont State Board of Medical Practice licensure.
• Minimum 2 years NP/PA urology experience.
• ACLS/TNCC/PALS/ENPC as applicable.
• De-escalation and restraint certification per guidelines.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient urology care
• Conduct detailed histories and physical examinations
• Evaluate and manage acute and chronic urologic conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies (labs, imaging, etc.)
• Develop and implement treatment plans with supervising physicians
• Provide patient education and counseling
• Participate in first-call coverage as appropriate
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
