Emerson Hospital in Concord, MA is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant/Clinical Office Coordinator for the Urology clinic. This day-shift role (8:00am–4:30pm) supports physicians with clinical and office duties and ensures patient preparation and smooth clinic flow.

Minimum qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent; completion of a Medical Assistant course preferred, and 2–4 years MA office experience; 1–3 years administrative office experience desirable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Medical Assistant course preferred.
• 2–4 years of Medical Assistant experience in a medical/physician's office preferred.
• 1–3 years Administrative Assistant/Medical Office experience preferred.
• State Certification preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
