Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: 1-3 years office experience, preferably in a medical setting.
• Knowledge: Medical terminology preferred. Proficiency in Clinical Applications preferred. 1 year insurance experience, CPT4/ICD-10 coding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-desk office support and scheduling of patient appointments.
• Collect and verify patient insurance information and enter data into computer systems.
• Provide accurate financial information to clients and assist in billing inquiries.
• Support performance improvement efforts and maintain teamwork and cooperation.
