Job summary

AtlantiCare is seeking a Client Services Representative in Galloway, NJ to join our front desk team. You will support patient flow, collect and verify insurance details, and assist with scheduling and basic billing inquiries.

The ideal candidate brings 1–3 years of office experience in a medical setting, knowledge of CPT4 and ICD-10 coding, and comfort with medical terminology. Training on clinical applications will be provided as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years office experience required, preferably in a medical setting.
• Minimum 1 year insurance experience; 4 ICD-10 coding experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Proficiency in Clinical Applications preferred; training provided if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide front desk office support in hospital/ambulatory settings.
• Schedule patient appointments in a timely and organized manner.
• Enter client information into the computer and manage schedules.
• Provide accurate financial information to clients and assist with billing questions.
