AtlantiCare is seeking a Client Services Representative to support front desk operations in a hospital or ambulatory setting. You will manage appointment scheduling, collect insurance information, and enter data into the system while delivering quality customer service.

The role requires 1–3 years of office experience (medical preferred) and familiarity with medical terminology; ICD-10 coding is advantageous. Strong teamwork and adherence to performance standards are important in this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years office experience required, preferably in a medical setting.
• Minimum 1 year insurance, 4 and ICD-10 coding experience preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide front desk administrative support at hospital/ambulatory settings.
• Schedule patient appointments in a timely and organized manner.
• Enter client information accurately into the computer and verify insurance details.
• Provide accurate financial information to patients and assist with billing inquiries.
