Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to ensure target accounts understand reimbursement steps necessary when ordering products, focusing on urology accounts including hospitals and ASCs. The role covers Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial payer regulations, with emphasis on part B reimbursement and patient pathways.

You will develop relationships with key customers, communicate billing and coding requirements, and collaborate with the account team to achieve the best patient

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device experience.
• Minimum of 2 years reimbursement experience required.
• Ability to travel with overnight stays, required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure target accounts understand billing and coding requirements for the products.
• Develop and leverage relationships with key customers in target accounts.
• Understand billing and coding within target accounts: Urology clinics, ASC, Hospitals.
• Understand reimbursement regulations for Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial payers.
• Partner with account team to optimize patient and account outcomes.
• Demonstrate expertise in disease state, product, surgical process and reimbursement.
