Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager to ensure target accounts understand billing, coding and reimbursement steps with payers, in line with company policies. The role focuses on key urology accounts, including hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers, with travel required.

You will develop relationships with customers, stay current on Medicaid, Medicare and commercial payer rules, and collaborate with the account team to optimize patient access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum of 4 years pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device experience.
• Minimum of 2 years reimbursement experience.
• Ability to travel with overnight stays is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure target accounts understand billing and coding requirements and reimbursement steps for products.
• Develop and leverage relationships with key customers in target accounts (urology clinics, hospitals, ASC).
• Understand billing and coding responsibilities within target accounts and payer requirements (Medicaid, Medicare, commercial).
• Partner with the account team to ensure the best outcome for patients and the account.
• Demonstrate expertise in disease state, product, surgical process and reimbursement process.
