Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to ensure target accounts understand billing, coding and reimbursement pathways for urology-related products. You will build relationships with hospitals, ASCs and clinics, while navigating Medicaid, Medicare and commercial payer requirements.

Travel with overnight stays is a must, and a valid driver’s license is required. Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in pharma/biotech/medical devices and at least 2 years in reimbursement, with strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 4 years pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device experience.
• Minimum of 2 years reimbursement experience.
• Ability to communicate cross-functionally within the region.
• Ability to travel with overnight stays, required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure target accounts understand all applicable billing and coding requirements associated with the products.
• Develop and leverage relationships with key customers in target accounts.
• Understand billing and coding responsibilities within target accounts: Urology clinics, ASC, Hospitals.
• Understand all applicable reimbursement regulations for Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial payers.
• Partner effectively with other members of the account team to ensure the best possible outcome for the patient and the account.
• Demonstrate expertise in the disease state, the product, the surgical process and the reimbursement process.
