Job summary

Banner Health in Mesa, AZ is seeking an RN for a Wednesday-only shift (8:00 am–4:30 pm) with urology experience. This Registry/Per Diem position offers flexible scheduling, competitive wages, and access to Banner Staffing Services benefits as applicable to per diem roles.

As an RN, you will deliver specialty medication administration, triage patients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a university-affiliated care setting.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in the clinical area for which applying is preferred.
• Urology nursing experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs across physical, psychological, social, and discharge planning.
• Plan and coordinate care with multidisciplinary team, including discharge planning.
• Implement the plan of care with supervision and ensure physician orders are followed.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust care as needed in collaboration with team.
• Document assessments, plans, and patient responses accurately in medical records.
• Provide care per policy, communicating status to caregivers and patients.
