Job summary

Ackerman Urology is seeking a Patient Coordinator to support efficient, patient-centered care in our urology clinic. You will schedule appointments, obtain records, and provide administrative support to the clinical team.

Working closely with physicians and staff, you will guide patients through the care process, coordinate tests and referrals, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a clinical setting.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule patient appointments within the practice and with outside providers.
• Obtain external records, imaging, and test results prior to appointments and ensure they are available in the chart.
• Assist with authorizations, referrals, and follow-up care coordination.
• Provide administrative support to the clinical team and help maintain a smooth daily workflow.
