Qualifications

• Graduate of professional accredited LPN nursing school required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in Urology, Urogynecology or surgery
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience or relevant experience in a medical/physician's outpatient facility
• Currently licensed to practice professional nursing in Massachusetts required.
• BLS healthcare provider required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Urology clinic, coordinating clinic and administrative tasks.
• Supervise staff and ensure efficient front-desk and patient flow.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality and compliance.
