Job summary

Emerson Hospital is seeking a Clinic Practice Manager – Licensed Practice Nurse (LPN) to oversee the Urology clinic's day-to-day operations. You will coordinate clinical and administrative tasks, schedule workflows, and supervise staff under the direction of the Administrative Director and physicians.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in Urology or related fields, plus 5 years in management within outpatient settings, MA licensure, and BLS.

Qualifications

• Graduate of professional accredited LPN nursing school required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in Urology, Urogynecology or surgery.
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience or relevant experience in a medical/physician's outpatient facility.
• Currently licensed to practice professional nursing in Massachusetts required.
• BLS healthcare provider required.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records including EPIC (EMR) and Meditech, Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Ability to read and write medical terminology.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a high-pressure environment.
• Proficiency in PC applications and front desk registration/medical assistant duties.

Schedule: Full Time

Pay Range: $29.00 - $37.00 / Hourly

Shift: Day shift

Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm

About this role

Reports to Administrative Director and works under the direct supervision of the Physician(s). The Urology Clinic Practice Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Urology clinic by coordinating and supervising clinic and administrative operations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education
  • Graduate of professional accredited LPN nursing school required.
• Experience
