Job summary

Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) in Bolivar, Missouri, seeks a Manager for the Urology Clinic to lead daily operations and deliver high-quality patient care. This full-time role requires clinical leadership, process oversight, and collaboration with providers and staff to ensure efficient service delivery.

The Manager will implement directives, address patient concerns, manage staffing and staffing changes, and oversee billing tasks at the point of service.

Qualifications

• Secondary degree in business or health-related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of management experience in a clinical setting is required.
• Knowledge of ICD-9 and CPT coding; leadership.
• Varying clinical licenses and certifications will be considered.
• Prolonged standing and walking during the shift.
• Experience in a patient-facing clinical role is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of a busy urology clinic with providers and clinical/administrative staff.
• Implement administrative directives and support clinic policy/procedure compliance.
• Investigate and assist in resolving patient concerns/grievances and communicate to physicians.
• Monitor staffing levels and coordinate float staff or extra staffing as needed.
• Collect deductibles, co-insurances, and non-participating payers at time of service.
• Perform additional clinical and non-clinical duties to ensure efficient patient care.

• Hours: 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri

What Your Day Looks Like:

As aManager at the Urology Clinic, you will be:

• Managingthe daily operations of abusy clinic consisting of providers andclinical and administrative team members.
• Implementingadministrative directives and supportingcompliance of clinic policies and procedures.
• Investigatingand assistingin the resolution of patient concerns / grievances, and forwarding information to physicians.
• Monitoringstaffing levels based on clinic workload, communicating variances, extra employees available to float, or additional staffing needs to cover employee PTO time.
• Collecting deductibles, co-insurances, and non-participating third-party payers for current visit and outstanding bills at time of service.
• Performingother clinical and non-clinical dutiesdailyto assist with the process of providing efficient and quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Education: Secondary degree in business or health-related field required; Master's Degree preferred
• Experience: Prior patient-facing clinical experience and1-3 yearsof management experiencein a clinical setting isrequired
