Qualifications

• Graduate of a CCNE-accredited nursing program with a Master's Degree in Nursing.
• National APRN certification and eligibility for WV licensure.
• ACLS/BLS as required by department; basic lifesaving skills.
• Clinical/surgical urology experience preferred; new graduates considered.
• ARC-PA path applies to PA route with appropriate licensure.

Responsibilities

• Manage comprehensive and individualized urology patient care in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Complete rounds, pre-procedure evaluations, and peri-operative management.
• Develop and review care plans, coordinate discharge planning and follow-up.
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in accordance with guidelines.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure safe, evidence-based care.
• Mentor nursing staff and participate in education programs.
