Job summary

Talent Solutions Partners seeks a Urologist for a full-time role in Hobart, IN, offering a flexible Monday–Friday schedule in a tech-forward, paperless HIMSS Stage VII facility. You will provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and have opportunities to develop subspecialty interests such as oncology, robotics, or stones.

Qualifications

• Board certified or board eligible in Urology.
• MD or DO from an accredited program.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Urology Residency.
• Ability to obtain an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration.
• Prior EPIC EMR experience preferred.
• Willingness to utilize AI-integrated clinical documentation and predictive tools.
• Proficiency in a paperless HIMSS Stage VII environment.
• Ability to perform a full range of general urological procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient urological care including diagnosis, treatment, and surgical intervention.
• Perform a variety of urological surgeries using advanced technology and robotic platforms.
• Utilize the EPIC EMR system and AI tools for precise clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a paperless HIMSS Stage VII setting.
• Design and grow a clinical practice with subspecialties like oncology, robotics, or stones.
• Engage in quality improvement to enhance patient outcomes and efficiency.
• Maintain communication with referring physicians for coordinated regional care.
