The role integrates EPIC EMR with AI tools in a HIMSS Stage VII environment, allowing you to tailor your practice around your professional goals. You will provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient care with opportunities to develop subspecialties such as oncology or robotics, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and contributing to ongoing quality

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
• Degree from an accredited MD or DO program.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Urology Residency.
• Ability to obtain an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration.
• Prior experience with EPIC EMR preferred.
• Willingness to utilize AI-integrated clinical documentation and predictive tools.
• Proficiency in a paperless HIMSS Stage VII environment.
• Ability to perform a full range of general urological procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient urological care including diagnosis, treatment, and surgical intervention.
• Clinic patients per day: flexible schedule.
• Call Rotation: 1:4.
• Perform a variety of urological surgeries utilizing robotic platforms as needed.
• Utilize the EPIC EMR system and integrated AI tools to maintain precise and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team within a paperless HIMSS Stage VII environment.
• Design and grow a clinical practice with subspecialty interests such as oncology, robotics, or stones.
• Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Maintain active communication with referring physicians to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Adhere to all hospital medical staff bylaws and regulatory requirements.
