Job summary

Sun Recruiting is seeking a Urologist for a full-time position in Hobart, IN. The role offers a flexible schedule within a technically advanced, HIMSS Stage VII environment designed to support clinician well-being and work-life balance.

The physician will provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient care, perform a range of urological procedures, and leverage AI-enhanced documentation to enhance patient outcomes. A competitive package is offered with sign-on and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
• MD/DO degree from an accredited program.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Urology Residency.
• Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration.
• EPIC EMR experience preferred.
• Willingness to use AI-integrated clinical documentation and predictive tools.
• Experience in a paperless HIMSS Stage VII environment.
• Ability to perform a full range of general urological procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient and inpatient urologic care including diagnosis, treatment, and surgery.
• Perform urological surgeries using advanced tech and robotics.
• Utilize EPIC EMR and AI tools for clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a paperless HIMSS Stage VII setting.
• Develop subspecialty interests such as oncology, robotics, or stones.
• Engage in quality improvement for patient outcomes and efficiency.
• Maintain communication with referring physicians for coordinated care.
